Every SimuCorps engagement runs on the same four-phase methodology: Determine, Design, Develop, Deploy. It exists for one reason — to take an operational problem and convert it into a working system on a fixed timeline, with no ambiguity about what ships or when.
Determine
Every engagement begins with a structured diagnosis of the operation. We embed with the people who live the problem — operators, coordinators, analysts, leadership — and map how work actually moves through your organization, not how the org chart says it should.
The output is a precise, prioritized definition of the problem: where the bottlenecks are, what they cost, and which intervention moves the metric that matters. Scope, timeline, and budget are locked here — before a line of code is written.

Design
With the problem defined, we design the system that solves it. That means architecture, workflows, and interfaces engineered around the way your team actually works — because a system your operators route around is worse than no system at all.
Designs are validated with the people who will use them, iterated quickly, and translated into a build plan with fixed milestones. By the end of this phase there is no ambiguity about what ships, when, or why.

Develop
We build in structured delivery cycles, each ending with working software you can put in front of your team. Progress is measured in deployed functionality, not status reports — and you see it at every checkpoint.
Engineering standards are non-negotiable: code review, automated testing, and security review on everything that ships. When conditions on the ground change mid-build, scope flexes to protect the deadline and the quality bar.

Deploy
Deployment is where most projects quietly fail, so we treat it as a phase of its own. We harden the infrastructure, train your operators, and manage the cutover from the old way of working to the new one — with rollback plans for everything.
After launch we monitor the system against the metric it was built to move. The engagement closes when the outcome is verified, and we remain on call for support and iteration as your operation evolves.
