SIMUCORPS

About us

Built to execute

SimuCorps exists because most organizations do not have a strategy problem — they have an execution problem.

We are a software company first: a deliberately small firm of engineers, designers, and operators who solve operational problems by building — custom systems, automation, and data infrastructure, delivered on fixed timelines. Consulting is how an engagement starts; shipped software is how it ends. We take on fewer engagements than we could, staff them with senior people, and stay accountable until the system works in the field.

How we operate

Discipline is the product

Clients hire us because things get done. That reliability comes from a small set of operating principles we hold on every engagement.

  • Small, senior teams

Every engagement is staffed lean and led by senior operators. No leverage pyramids, no junior analysts learning on your budget, no handoffs to people you have never met.

  • Fixed ship dates

Time and budget are locked at kickoff. When something has to give, it is scope — never the deadline, and never the quality of what ships.

  • Working software over slideware

We measure progress in deployed systems, not deliverable documents. Every delivery cycle ends with something your team can actually use.

  • Radical transparency

You see the plan, the progress, and the problems in real time. Status is never a surprise, and bad news travels fastest.

  • Independence

No investors, no board, no pressure to sell you anything beyond what the mission requires. Our only incentive is the outcome.

  • Accountability past launch

The engagement ends when the system works in the field and your people run it confidently — and we stay available after that.
